You could say my approach to losing body fat and building muscle is a little unorthodox. What do I mean by this? If you compare a flexible dieting approach to some of the other methods in the fitness space, it may not seem as hardcore or extreme, and well.. that’s because it isn’t. My idea when it comes to nutrition is that you need to take an approach that you can utilize not just temporarily but all the time. I believe if you can consistently follow a program, nutrition or training, then you don’t need to take extreme or harsh measures.
